Update

Just a quick update. She slept until 4:30 this morning. She usually gets up between midnight and 1am, so this was three more hours of continuous sleep. After a bottle, she only slept for another hour, so she still has some work to do.

Ginormous Achievement

Today Ella fell asleep all on her own (i.e. without us holding her until she fell asleep). We put her in her crib and 35 minutes later, she's fast asleep, without any pitiful crying. It was magnificent...the first time it's ever happened. Whether it makes any positive difference in the amount of uninterrupted sleep she receives is to be seen.
